Readings from the Deep
An ongoing series of short notes on the Psalter, written as I prepare the Bohairic-to-English edition. Each note examines a specific textual moment where the Hebrew, Greek, and Coptic Psalters diverge, and considers what that divergence means for how the psalm is read and prayed.

A selection of correspondence with readers. When a letter strikes me as worth preserving — a question that opens a thread, a correction from a colleague, a reading I could not have arrived at on my own — I ask the writer’s permission and post a small exchange here.
